Experimental keymap: changed the create edge/face tool to contextually
understand when all selected mesh elements are part of the same face, and
trigger the "connect" tool instead in that case.

This prevents accidental creation of weird meshes when creating an edge
between two vertices on the same face.  The user almost certainly expects
the face to be split by the new edge in that case.  This makes that happen.

Experimental keymap, bunch of changes/additions:

- Keyframing is now on "K" instead of "I".  This is incomplete, however,
  as it seems "I" is hard-coded for button views (e.g. properties panel,
  etc.).  Need to fix that at some point.

- Keymap for timeline.

- WIP (but mostly done) keymap for nodes.

- WIP keymap for armatures

- Made the translate/rotate/scale hotkeys switch between the
  translate/rotate/scale manipulators if transform manipulators
  are on.  They still behave normally when transform manipulators
  are off.  This may be a terrible idea, but I think it's worth
  trying.  The rationale is that hopefully most users prefer either
  the hotkey OR the manipulator approach to transforms, but not both
  mixed.  That may very well be a wrong assumption, in which case
  we'll need to do something else.  But if it is a right assumption,
  then this provides a really fast way for manipulator users to switch
  between the manipulator types.

- Misc improvements/tweaks to mesh edit hotkeys.

- 'V' is now the hotkey for zoom-border.  Super useful function, and IMO
  deserves prime real-estate.  Loosely related operators "Clip Border"
  and "Render Border" are alt-V and shift-V, respectively.

Experimental keymap: further tweaks to subdivision level shifting.

The minimum subdivision level is now always zero, and the maximum is
the render subdivision level.  This seems sensible, as it's unlikely
the user will want to shift to a subdivision level higher than the
render level.  It also provides flexibility, so that the user can\
effectively set their own maximum for a given model.

Also, misc tweaks to other parts of the keymap, to make things
function a little more smoothly.

The hotkeys for shifting the subdivision surface level up/down weren't
working in edit mode if the active object wasn't selected.  Also,
even when in edit mode, those keys were affecting other objects.
Fixed both issues.

Also, the save, open, etc. hotkeys felt a little sticky, because they
were set to 'CLICK' instead of 'PRESS'.  Fixed that too.

add_mesh_space_tree is a tree generation add-on based on the space colonization algorithm by A. Runions.
It is aimed as an alternative (not a replacement) to Sapling.

currently full docs are at http://blenderthings.blogspot.nl/p/the-spacetree-blender-add-on.html but these will be moved to the BlenderWiki ar

There is still a minor outstanding issue in that the add-on assumes the linked
object/group is in the active scene within the source library. Added a comment

There's still an issue with using nested links if you're not launching a new
Blender instance. Currently, there's not a good way to warn the user about
that.

Finally started working on the new keymap again.

- Tweaked knife tool: right-click now completes rather than cancels.
  This is consistent with e.g. loop cut, where right click only
  cancels the next step, not the entire operation.
- Added sculpt mode keymap.  Didn't see much that needed to change
  here.  Only minor tweaks from the current keymap.
- Added keymap for the text editor.  Right now it's pretty much identical
  to the old keymap.  Need to consider if it needs changes or not.  But
  for now this will work fine.
- Added keymap for the console.  Identical to old keymap.  May need
  minor tweaks, but is quite good as-is.
- Added keymaps for frame stepping, timeline scrubbing, and managing
  markers.

The mesh-edit and sculpt mode keymaps should be essentially "complete" now.
Which isn't to say further changes can't/won't be made, but rather that
I think people can start using them for serious work now.  A tutorial/
overview may be in order.

Addon: New mesh border selection operator ("Border Deselect Outer"). Deselects editmesh geometry, that is outside of the border selection you make with this operator. Only previously selected geometry is considered, it won't border select geometry that wasn't selected before. This is useful to create a selection intersection from previous selection.
