Code refactor: add, remove, optimize various SSE functions.

* Remove some unnecessary SSE emulation defines.
* Use full precision float division so we can enable it.
* Add sqrt(), sqr(), fabs(), shuffle variations, mask().
* Optimize reduce_add(), select().
