made some mesh operator names and values more consistent with object mode + other minor changes.
- percentage -> percent, and always a float.
- renamed selectconnected to select_linked
- removed _mesh prefix for MESH_OT_* operators.
- renamed select_swap -> select_invert (matching object and sequencer operators)
